Various Pujas at Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga temple

Both these pujas are performed together as Narayan Nagbali Puja.  It is not known for certain what caused the death of one of our ancestors. Therefore such ancestors wander among the people of death as a result of which they have to face paternal defects  in this process the name of the person or the pronunciation of the gotra is forbidden. A man can perform this ritual alone but a woman cannot do it alone.

Guruji Sri Vishnu and Yama are worshipped while installing the Kalash.

Shradhkarmas are performed by doing Vishnu Tarpan as well as Pranpratishtha, Agniasthapana, and Purushasukta Havana.

On the last day of the puja, Lord Ganesha is worshipped and thanked for carrying out all the pujas smoothly.

Golden images of nagas are worshipped.

Guruji is given a daan-dakshina.

The last rites are performed by darshan and worship of Shri Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga and then the puja is concluded.
